Authorized Red Dot Mobile HVAC System Maintenance, Repair, and OEM Parts

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide diagnostic, preventative maintenance, repair, replacement, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for Red Dot mobile heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems installed on City fleet vehicles and equipment. The City intends to award a five-year contract to provide a reliable source for maintaining Red Dot HVAC systems, ensuring vehicle reliability, operator comfort, and safe operation while minimizing equipment downtime.

The City of Pasadena maintains a diverse fleet of approximately 1,100 vehicles and equipment, many of which are equipped with Red Dot mobile HVAC systems. These systems provide heating, cooling, ventilation, and defrost capabilities that are essential for safe and efficient operation of City vehicles and equipment in varying environmental conditions.
