Overview

Summary

This Project will demolish the Administration and Human Resources Buildings. This will include rerouting all fiber-optic communications and network systems to the Plant No. 1 Control Center; decommissioning of a Southern California Edison Company (SCE) transformer; removing hazardous waste materials; demolishing existing structures; cutting and capping utilities; performing site grading; installing lighting; and paving.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Job Walk will be held in the GMO Conference Room at OC SAN’s Headquarters located at 18480 Bandilier Circle, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. This conference will include an overview of the Project and a job walk at Plant No. 1.
