Leduc County is undertaking Phase 2 of the Whitemud Landing Area Structure Plan (ASP) Utilities Servicing project to support planned industrial and employment growth in the Whitemud Landing ASP area intended to complement development at Edmonton International Airport (EIA) and provide an alternative to the Nisku Business Park. The purpose of this project is to provide and present a comprehensive servicing report and phasing plan including coordinated, planning-level utility servicing concepts for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, identifying infrastructure constraints and opportunities, refining capital costs, and assessing partnership and funding opportunities for the Whitemud Landing ASP area in collaboration with key regional partners. The work will inform future land development, infrastructure investment, phasing, and funding decisions.
