The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Office on Homeless Services, is accepting proposals for the 2025 Homeless Services System Monitor for the period of September 1, 2025 - August 31, 2026, with a one (1) year option to extend.

Funding will be made available in the service category:

  • Homeless Services - System Monitor

These funds are for activities directly related to assisting in monitoring the Coordinated Entry and Assessment System (CEASe), Trenton/Mercer Continuum of Care (CoC) System, Mercer County Re-entry services, Mercer County Homeless services, and other directly related efforts to improve the homeless and re-entry systems in Mercer County. This would be administered by a designated subcontractor for related services for Mercer County residents in the amount of $151,200 for the period of September 1, 2025 - August 31, 2026, with a one (1) year option to extend.
