Description: The City of Moses Lake invites qualified and experienced organizations to submit proposals to provide real-time, trauma-informed outreach service under the City's newly adopted "One+ Framework" to implement a mobile outreach and transportation services (MOTS) program. The MOTS Program represents a post-shelter response model and prioritizes accountability and helping homeless individuals get transportation to facilities that are known to effectively help them recover and get back on their feet.
