Amendment #1

The purpose of this Amendment #1 is to: Answer questions from potential bidders.

This is NOT a mandatory return amendment.

The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Division of Maintenance & Operations, is soliciting bids for a one-time federally funded purchase and delivery of E-1 Aggregate to Chignik Lake and Karluk.

Bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm Alaska Standard Time on May 5th, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened or accepted for evaluation. Faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

Bidders may submit bids either electronically or in hard copy.

If submitting via U.S. Mail or Courier Delivery Service, bidders must submit the original hard copy of their bid in writing to the procurement officer in a sealed package.
