This is a DRAFT combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Overhaul (RFO) Class Deviation Part 12 and RFP Part 15.
Draft Request for Proposal: 36C10B26R0035 for Enterprise Mammography Tracking and Reporting System
Projected Solicitation Issue Date: July 24, 2026.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective March 13, 2026. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide.
This a full and open requirement under the North American Industry Classification System Code, 513210, Software Publishers.
The following are the Terms and Conditions for projected Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C10B26R0035. Any resultant award will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449 and will include Sections B, C, and D; Section E will be removed at time of award.

Projected Proposal Due Date:
Submissions are due no later than 10:00 am on July 31, 2026. To avoid submission of late proposals, we recommend proposal files be transmitted no later than 24 hours prior to the required proposal due date and time. Please be advised that the Government determines timeliness based solely on the date and time the proposal is received, not on the date and time the Offeror initiates transmission.
Proposal Submission: The Offeror s proposal shall be submitted electronically via email to Terricia Lloyd, Terricia.Lloyd@va.gov and Brett Schwerin, Brett.Schwerin@va.gov and include the subject RFP number.
