The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS), on behalf of the Department of State Health Services (DSHS), is soliciting for printing of Certificate Paper for the DSHS Vital Statistics Section (VSS), located at 1100 West 49th Street, Austin, Texas.
