REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
ENGINEERING SERVICES – CONSULTING ENGINEER
The Horsebend Property Owners Association, Inc. is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide professional consulting engineering services for water and/or wastewater system improvements. Services may include planning, regulatory coordination, design, bidding assistance, and construction related services.
The project is anticipated to be partially funded through financial assistance from the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission/ Natural Resources Division of the Arkansas Department of Agriculture. Procurement shall be conducted in accordance with Arkansas Code Annotated §§ 19-11-801 through 19 – 11 – 806 and applicable state and federal requirements.
Interested firms should submit qualifications demonstrating experience with similar projects, familiarity with the current or similar system, state and federal funding compliance, staff capability, and professional engineer(s) licenses.
Statements of Qualifications must be received by FEB 26, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
