Wastewater Treatment Plant Driveway Improvements

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received through PennBid™ by East Vincent Township for Wastewater Treatment Plant Driveway Improvements until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 30th day of September, 2026.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
The project involves asphalt milling, installation of asphalt paving, and appurtenant work at 5 different sites within East Vincent Township.
It will be required that work be completed in the fall of 2026, pending significant or unseasonably cold weather.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
