Project Description: The Borough of Beaver Meadows, will receive separate sealed bids online via PennBid for the pick-up and removal of trash and recyclables within the Borough limits for the periods of one (1) year commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026; for three (3) years commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2028; and, five (5) years commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2030 until September 30, 2025 at 2:00 PM at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted on PennBid’s website with the bid award to be made on Monday, October 6, 2025 at the regular meeting of the Beaver Meadows Borough Council commencing at 6:30 PM at the Borough Building in Beaver Meadows. All bidders must submit bid security in the amount of 10%. Beaver Meadows Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the Borough.
