  The County of Marin (“County”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified and
  experienced property management firms to provide comprehensive property management and facility
  coordination services for 1600 Los Gamos Drive, San Rafael, California, a large, multi-tenant commercial
  office building that is part of the Marin Commons complex.
  The 1600 Los Gamos building houses a significant number of County departments and essential government
  operations, including an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and emergency dispatch center. In addition to
  County departments and operations, the building is occupied by 11 private tenants. The selected firm will be
  responsible for providing property management services that address the needs of the entire building,
  including coordination and management of both County occupants and private tenants.
