Notes	The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: Cedar Hollow Water Line Improvements The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for the construction of 8” water line improvements at various locations shown on the plans throughout the Cedar Hollow subdivision. There is approximately 44,200 linear feet of 8” PVC water line, gate valves, fire hydrants, water service connections, asphalt repair, concrete repair, and other miscellaneous construction activities. Plans, specifications and bidding documents may be secured beginning Monday August 3 ^rd , Bidding Documents are on file and may be examined at the following locations: On-line at http://www.civcastusa.com. Documents may be downloaded or viewed free of charge at this website. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine that a complete set of documents as defined in the Instructions to Bidders is received. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon payment to the Engineer, accompanied with a check in the amount of $ 100.00 per set, which is not refundable. Bids may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before August 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
