NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Rocklin, California, will receive bids for the
furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services for the PARK
DRIVE DIG OUTS located in the City of Rocklin, Placer County, California.
The City shall conduct a mandatory pre-bid conference on Wednesday, March 25, 2026,
at 10:00 a.m. at the City of Rocklin Corporation Yard, 4081 Alvis Court, Rocklin, CA
95677.
Sealed bid proposals shall be submitted on the forms provided by the City on or before
Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 p.m. at the Office of the City Clerk, Rocklin
City Hall, 3970 Rocklin Road, Rocklin, California.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No formal bids will be accepted via
FAX or email.
The contractor shall possess either a Class A or Class B with a C-12 License and be
registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) at the time the bid is
submitted.
Bid specifications may be obtained from the City of Rocklin Corporation Yard, 4081 Alvis
Court, Rocklin, California 95677, (916) 625-5500. A $25.00 non-refundable fee is
required. Alternatively, Contract Documents may be downloaded at no charge from
the City of Rocklin's website at www.rocklin.ca.us/DownloadBids.
