Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) in conducting a solicitation in accordance with FAR 12.201-1 (c)(2). The following is a presolicitation notice to the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE), as required by FAR 12.201-1 (c)(2)(i). Content will be consistent with format of FAR 5.101 (c).

(4) Description.
(i)The Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens requires water treatment services, including testing and treatment, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

(iv) If technical data required to respond will not be furnished as part of the solicitation, identify where and how prospective offerors can obtain the data.

Offorers are required to be able to test and treat water in accordance with Local, State and Federal regulations.

The Government intends to make a single award, firm fixed price, contract.
An award will be made to the responsible Quoter whose quote conforms to the requirements and is determined to provide the best value to the Government, considering the evaluation factors outlined below.

The government will evaluate the Quoter’s proposed price to ensure it is fair and reasonable;

Past performance information shall include prior experience and similar performances undertaken by the contractor
