1. For the project mentioned above, could you please let us know for how many signs and sign types a glass backer is

required? We need the specific glass backer quantities to include in the quote. Or do you want us to consider the

maximum glass backers for quote including interior and exterior signs where required?

ANSWER:

2. There are four (4) B2 interior sign types that require a glass backer.

3. Does this project have a completion deadline? If so, how many days do we have for completion?.

ANSWER:

This project currently does not have a completion date. The completion deadline will be determined between

YTC and the successful bidder.

4. Would there be any liquidated damages incurred if the completion date is not met?

ANSWER:

There would be no liquidated damages incurred as long as the successful bidder agrees to the completion date or

if there were any unforeseen issues.

5. Will any bonds be required for this project (bid bond, performance, and payment bonds)?

ANSWER:

No bonds are required.

6. Is progress billing allowed for this project?

ANSWER:

A progress billing would be possible as long as the successful bidder is progressing per the agreed to schedule.
