RFP# 26-009 Promotional Items

Project Description: Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced suppliers to provide high-quality promotional items and materials that support the College’s branding, engagement, recruitment, and community outreach efforts.
This RFP establishes a more uniform, transparent, and brand-compliant process for the selection and purchase of promotional marketing items, with the goal of strengthening brand consistency, product quality, and the College’s visibility across North Texas and beyond.
TCCD intends to award contract(s) to one or more qualified vendor(s) for the purchase of small- and large-run custom graphic promotional items. These items will be used Collegewide by departments, student groups, and TCC-affiliated organizations for adult and youth programs. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term and will be mailed or delivered directly to the requesting College department or group.
