Project Description: Radnor Township is soliciting sealed bids for the FENIMORE WOODS PARKING, ACCESSIBILITY, AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS (Contract #B-26-003). The Work includes providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and temporary facilities required to construct the parking, accessibility, and site improvements at Fenimore Woods, located at 1194 Eagle Road in Radnor Township. The project generally consists of repaving existing asphalt and gravel parking lots; constructing new pedestrian trails; installing associated utilities, signage, and site furnishings; and completing all necessary grading, topsoil placement, and site restoration. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Drawings, Specifications, Radnor Township requirements, and all applicable state and local standards.
