ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 1:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 for DPW
Project 26015 Chinden Campus Building 8, Roof Replacement, Department of Administration,
Boise, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Removal and disposal of the existing
mechanically fastened roofing system, insulation and vapor barrier to the structural deck. Installation of
approx. 59,474 SF of new roofing system is comprised of a self-adhering vapor barrier, 2 layers of polyiso
insulation, HD cover board, 80 mil TPO membrane with a 30 year warranty. New heat trace and roof drain
replacement as indicated in the Construction Documents.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Monday, July 20, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m., prevailing local
time, at the 11331 W. Chinden Blvd., Boise, Idaho 83714. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $103.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
