Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, August 06, 2026 for DPW Project 25512 Dist.
3 HQ Bldgs. Training Facility Roof, Idaho State Police, Meridian, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Remove the existing coated modified bitumen
roofing system down to the structural roof deck and install new fully adhered 80-mil TPO roofing system
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local time, at 700
S. Stratford Dr. Meridian, Idaho. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical
subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain documents at cost,
non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works
Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
