for DPW Project 26532 Juvenile Corrections Center Window Replacement, Department of Juvenile
Corrections, Lewiston, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include replace glazing in 19 existing hollow
metal windows and 4 existing aluminum storefront windows.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing
local time, at the Juvenile Corrections Center, 140 Southport Ave., Lewiston, Idaho 83501. Bidders
are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $33,000.00
