ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at ITD District 4 Offices,
216 S. Dale St., Shoshone, Idaho 83352 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, September 3, 2026
for DPW Project 26570 D4 Admin Bldg. HVAC Upgrade, Idaho Transportation Department,
Shoshone, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include replacement of the existing building
fluid cooler with associated pump and accessories. Additionally, the building circulation pumps will be
replaced and the roof where the fluid cooler is located on will also be replaced.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, August 20, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m., prevailing
local time, at 216 S. Dale St., Shoshone, Idaho 83352. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $500.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $276,000.00
