Annual Backflow Certification - Multiple Locations

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the
Multi Location Backflow Annual Service located at Multiple Locations, Multiple Locations,
Multiple Locations, CA . Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and
equipment necessary to perform annual testing and certification on seven backflow
preventative devices in Azusa, Gardena, Glendale, Lancaster, Long Beach Redondo, Long
Beach CSMS, Manhattan Beach, and. All work shall be in accordance with the terms,
conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed
to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 36672 - DO NOT OPEN.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-36 - Plumbing Contractor license, or
subcontract to one.
All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Nicole Jackson, at
Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 9/16/2025. Email subject lines must
state RFI FOR EVENT# 36672.
If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be
held on 9/19/2025 at 2:00 PM.
