Fivemile Hydroelectric - Phase 1 Construction
The Work under this Contract consists of the construction of a pioneer road, staging areas, retaining walls, access gate, culverts and installation of a section of penstock that will supply water to a future hydroelectric generating facility near the city of Chitina, AK as specified on the Drawings. The "Owner" is Chitina Electric, Inc and the "Engineer" is HDR Engineering, Inc. Construction of the hydropower facility and all electrical work will be a part of a future contract.
