NSA HTHW Pipe Grouting Abandonment - Phase II

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District” or "CFTOD") requests proposals from experienced and qualified firms for the permanent abandonment and removal of the remaining sections of the High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) hotel loop serving the Magic Kingdom Resort Area, including all associated demolition, restoration, permitting, and coordination in accordance with Reedy Creek Energy Services ("RCES")/CFTOD / Walt Disney World ("WDW") requirements.

Contractor must provide the following qualifications:

ASME/ANSI B31.1 Certification
Advanced TTC Certification
Basic Flagger TTC Certification

The Mandatory Pre-Bid/Site Visit Meeting  will take place on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 10:00 A.M EST meeting at the following address:

Central Energy Plant
Atlantis Conference Room
5300 N. Center Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830

All attendees must RSVP through PlanetBids to attend the Mandatory Site Visit by June 30, 2025 at 12:00 p.m.  First and last name, phone number, and email address are required for each person who will be attending the site visit.
For all those who are attending the mandatory pre-bid meeting, please remember to bring/wear closed-toed shoes, pants, hard hat, safety vest, and eye and ear protection.
