RFP - RENOVATIONS OF 2 RESTROOMS AND 2 OTHER BUILDINGS AT WASHINGTON PARK

The City of Groton will receive proposals at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 295 Meridian Street, Groton, Connecticut 06340, until 11:00 A.M. on November 7, 2024. There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid meeting, October 28, 2024 at 9:00 A.M. The pre-bid meeting will start at the brown building located behind the little league baseball field. The City is requesting proposals for the interior and exterior renovations of two (2) public restrooms at Washington Park, one centrally located within the Park, the other on Park Avenue; exterior siding for two (2) additional buildings on the property; and replacement doors for a final location within the Park - located at 155 Meridian Street, Groton, Connecticut.
