Minnesota IT Services on behalf of Department of Higher Education (OHE) intends to renew a 2 year agreement with CoBro Consulting for the continued, uninterrupted use of the following products and/or services; (1) maintenance of Compass for use by GEAR UP program and school staff, (2) monthly online Compass system user training, as needed. (3) data hosting on CoBro secure server, (4) technical support, upgrades, and enhancements relating to the CompassMatch system, (5) Assistance with completion of the APR data tables, conduct analyses and present data outcomes and supporting narrative within APR objectives section (6) CCREC data support. CoBro is a GEAR UP specific vendor and retains exclusive ownership and copyrights of their proprietary products and services. The State believes these services are not available through third party entities and thus has been deemed a sole source.
