TheTexas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is requesting proposals for therenovation project locatedat DPS Odessa Area Office located in Odessa, Texas. The project scope includesdemolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, electrical work and HVAC, aswell as post construction clean up.

All work must be executed in strict accordance with the approvedconstruction documents, plans, and technical specifications

A pre-proposal site visitwill be held at the DPS Odessa THP Area Office, 1910 W, I-20, Odessa, TX79763 at 10:00 A.M. CT on 08/6/2026. Please arrive no later than 09:45 A.M. tofor Site Visit sign-in sheet.

Yoursubmission must include all mandatory proposal materials and information. The vendor must submit electronic responses no later than 5:00 P.M. Central Time on 8/14/2026 to thefollowing email address DPS_Solicit_Response@dps.texas.gov or via the DPS Online Bid Room
