Open & Competitive Opportunity
• Request for Proposal
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Sylvan Lake (the “Town”) to prospective vendors to submit proposals for the provision of Permitting and Licensing Management Software. The Proponent should be able to provide an integrated permit tracking software system for the processing of development and building permits, zoning permits, engineering permits/approvals (ex: site grading permits), subdivisions, and business licenses. The system should be parcel based with GIS capabilities and include an online portal for citizen access and application.
The purpose of the RFP is to define the Town’s minimum requirements, solicit proposals, and gain adequate information by which the Town may evaluate the services offered by the Proponents. The Town intends to secure a contract with a vendor who will provide software as well as support services required to activate and launch the software system.
