The work covered by these plans and specifications consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment; and performing all operations necessary for the construction of ARMSDALE ROAD SIDEWALK AND ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS as specified in the Contract Documents. This includes sidewalk repair and construction, drainage, utility, lighting, sodding, traffic signing and pavement markings, and all the associated improvements as shown in the construction plans.
