Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at A&E Services, 875
Perimeter Drive, University of Idaho, Moscow Idaho 83844 until 2:00 p.m. local Pacific time, on
Thursday, October 1, 2026 for DPW Project 25263 Classroom & Teaching Lab Improvements,
Moscow, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Base Bid: Renovations of existing
classroom #163 in the Life Sciences South building. Scope also includes interior finishes, lighting, and
audio-video upgrades.
Bid Alternate #1: Replacement of existing projector with new Panasonic PT-FRZ50U projector and
reroute projector data connection above ceiling.
Bid Alternate #2: Provide (6) 4" Legrand evolution series floor boxes (FB#2-FB#7).
Bid Alternate #3: Replacement of all acoustical panel ceiling tiles in existing grid.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, beginning at 1:00 pm.,
prevailing local Pacific time, at A&E Services, 875 Perimeter Drive, University of Idaho, Moscow Idaho
83844. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $250.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
