Village of Myrnam
The Village of Myrnam is offering for sale, by sealed bid, the following surplus equipment:
Two (2) Nortek Global HVAC (Reznor) UDAS-400 Unit Heaters
• Gas-fired, 400,000 BTU/hr
• Purchased new in 2018. One was used for approximately 6-8 weeks. One has never been installed or used.
• Stored indoors since purchase
• Discontinued model (replaced by UDZ-400 series), but compatible parts and service remain available
• Suitable for large commercial, industrial, or agricultural applications
Terms of Sale:
• Minimum bid: $3,500.00 CAD per unit (plus GST, if applicable).
• Units may be bid on individually or as a lot of two.
• Equipment is sold as is, where is, with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.
• The successful bidder is responsible for all costs related to removal and transportation.
• Payment must be received in full prior to release of equipment.
Viewing:
The units are available for inspection on the following dates and times only:
• Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 3:30 PM, or
• Friday, October 3, 2025, at 9:00 AM
Submission of Bids:
• Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked:
“Sealed Bid – UDAS-400 Unit Heaters”
• Bids will be received at:

• Deadline for submission: October 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM (noon)
• Late bids will not be considered.
Opening of Bids:
All sealed bids received by the deadline will be publicly opened at the Regular Council Meeting of October 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the Village Office.
Award of Sale:
The highest compliant bid(s) will be recommended to Council for approval. The Village of Myrnam reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid(s) deemed most advantageous to the municipality.
