Description

The Sixth Judicial District serving Tama, Benton, Iowa, Linn, Johnson, and Jones Counties, is in search of a provider to perform Youth Centered Planning Meetings (YCPMs) in accordance with State guidelines. This meeting process is conducted for each youth transitioning out of a placement facility and back to their home or community. Fiscal years 2021-2023 respectively, would have garnered an average of 25 YCPMs each year. The State Transition and Reentry Coordinator will conduct proper training for the successful bidder.
