The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Statewide Program Support Center (SPSC) Auxiliary HVAC Control System located at the McClellan Facility, needs the following: Upgrade the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems. The project shall include the installation and integration of new digital controllers across rooftop units, a dehumidification unit, and exhaust fans, as well as the setup of network infrastructure and a centralized operator interface.

License required:   C-20

Engineer's Estimate: $80,000.

Contract Term: 730 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed
Work Performance Period: 365 Calendar Days from Formal Start Work Date

Small Business and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed GSPD-05-105 form must be submitted with the bid proposal).
