Description
IEDA seeks a Contractor to provide program administration support for establishing and delivering a new building energy efficiency loan program.
The Contractor will train and manage participating firms in state and federal program requirements and provide ongoing technical expertise to participating building owners to support decision making and project oversight. The Contractor will also provide technical assistance to IEDA staff on issues related to program management. IEDA may be interested in additional services related to the administration of the loan program.
