This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Administration (ADM), intends to renew up to 24 mos. with MyCase for continued, uninterrupted use of MyCase 8am hosting, maintenance, and support. 8am MyCase Advanced subscription is used to organize case information, deadlines, billing, and client communication in one centralized system. MyCase retains exclusive ownership, copyrights, trademark of their proprietary maintenance and support services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
