This amendment is to extend the response date to Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 1400 ED time and to change the set-aside to TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS (FAR 19.5).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance FAR 12.6 RFQ for completing the Burro Mine National Register Nomination in accordance with Attachment 1- SOW DOMINGUES CANYON ART NOMINATION.

4. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item Provisions and Clauses
5. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures
6. FAR Part 19.5- Total Small Business Set-Aside
7. TOTAL Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 541720 - Size Std: $28M
8. Service Contract Act Wages - Mesa County, CO
9. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price- no changes in price
10. CRUP - Must be able to quickly obtain a Cultural Resource Use Permit for the Tres Rios Field Office.
11. Award Basis: Price and Other Factors - Price and Other Factors. The other factors are technical and past performance. Among offers determined to be technically acceptable and with satisfactory past performance on projects of similar size and scope. Technical and Past Performance when combined approximately equal to Price. Award may not be the lowest price.

Minimum Requirements for Responsive Quote:
1. Filled out, priced and signed SF1449
2. Technical Response showing how your quote meets or exceeds all specifications.
