Public Outreach and Stakeholder Engagement in Support of MPA’s Dredged Material Management Program

Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service (Service or MES) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to support the planning, identification, development of strategy, implementation and maintenance of stakeholder engagement and community outreach programs; development of communications tools to enhance existing programs and further information-sharing activities; and provide community outreach services and assistance to MES in support of the Maryland Port Administration’s (MPA) Dredged Material Management Program (DMMP) which includes dredged material containment facilities (DMCF), ecosystem restoration projects, and other projects throughout the Baltimore Harbor (Harbor) and the Chesapeake Bay.
