102-inch Tines for Doosan D120S-7 Forklift

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Firm-Fixed price contract in support of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Expeditionary Support Unit Two. This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services; and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please see attachments for further information. The associated NAICS code is 336999 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

This requirement is for two (2) sets of 102-inch tines for Doosan D120S-7 Forklifts.Tines must be a direct match to or, directly compatible with the Doosan D120S-7

The tines must be manufactured out of steel and have a weight limit of no less than 20,000 pounds.

The tines need to have a thickness of 3.3 inches, a width of 7.87 inches and a length of 102 inches from the bottom of the 90 degree to the tip of the fork.

They must also have a fork carriage ISO class 5 and have side shifting capabilities.
