Sealed bids for the repair and re-roof of the existing Rawl's building located at 209 Partnership Way at the Marion County BusinessPlex will be received by the Marion County Board of Supervisors until 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, February 04. 2025, at the offices of the Marion County Board of Supervisors located at 215 Broad Street, Columbia, MS 39429 and shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read.

The work involved in the project includes repair and re-roof of the existing 8,800 sq. ft. Rawl's building located at 209 Partnership Way as described in the project Construction Drawings and Contract Documents. All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P. A, 1574 Highway 98 East, Columbia, Mississippi 39429, (601)731-2600, http://www.dunganeng.com/. Documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website to be on the official plan holders list. Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit their bid through www.dunganeng.com .
