Notice is hereby given that the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, hereinafter referred to as the
“SUPERINTENDENT,” will receive sealed bids until, but no later than, the date and time specified above for the procurement
of new or refurbished furniture, including systems, stand-alone, and classroom furniture, as required by the SUPERINTENDENT.
All bids must be delivered to the Front Desk Receptionist at 760 East Brier Drive, San Bernardino, CA 92408. The outside of the
envelope shall be clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner: “BID ENCLOSED: BID NO. 25.26.0600 – FURNITURE: SYSTEMS AND
STAND-ALONE.”
It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to ensure the timely delivery of their bid to the Front Desk Receptionist, who will date-
and time-stamp it upon receipt. Bids shall remain open, valid, and subject to acceptance for a period of ninety (90) days
following the bid opening date and time.

All questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing and emailed to Maria Aldaco, Procurement Specialist, at
Bids@sbcss.net, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
Interested parties may request the virtual bid opening link by emailing Bids@sbcss.net. The virtual bid opening will take place
promptly at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026.
UNSEALED, FAXED, OR EMAILED SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
