The Department of the Air Force is issuing this Request for Whitepapers to establish an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) under 10 U.S.C. ยง 4022. The purpose of this project is to develop and demonstrate a centralized, agile, and highly responsive Business Process Prototype to support the 704th Test Group (704 TG). See attachments for further information.
- Interested vendors should plan to attend a government-hosted Virtual Industry Day on 23 July 2026.
- During the event, additional information about the requirement will be provided and a live Question-and-Answer session will be conducted.
