Alberta Justice's mandate for courthouse security is to ensure a safe, secure and accessible environment for all individuals -staff, judiciary, stakeholders, and members of the public - within and surrounding Alberta's courthouses. This mandate includes mitigating risks, maintaining operational continuity, and providing consistent security coverage during Business Days and After-Hours operations across all locations.

The purpose of this Contract is to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions for courthouse security services. Specifically, the research will provide evidence-based recommendations to improve security coverage, mandate alignment, and operational efficiency across Alberta courthouses.
