I.
PURPOSE FOR SOLICITATION
The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) objective is to qualify a firm to provide professional design services
related to a Phase One feasibility study with the optional Phase Two to complete full design drawings.
MAXIMUM CONTRACT PERIOD – ESTIMATED:
Start Date: July 15, 2026 End Date: September 15, 2027.
Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of
award. See clause entitled “Term of Contract - Effective Date/Initial Contract Period”.
