REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

SOLID WASTE SERVICES

The City of Troy, Missouri is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors for solid waste

management services, including collection and disposal of residential solid waste, recycling, yard

waste and bulky items for all single-family homes located in the City.

The deadline to submit proposals is Friday, February 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. (CST).

Terms, conditions, and scope of work are available in the Request for Proposals packet at Troy

City Hall, 800 Cap Au Gris, Troy, MO 63379, or online at www.cityoftroymissouri.com/bidding-

opportunities/

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RESIDENTIAL SOLID

WASTE MANAGEMENT” and delivered to: City of Troy, Attn: City Clerk, 800 Cap Au Gris,

Troy, MO 63379.

Proposals submitted via email or received after the deadline will not be considered. Proposals will

not be publicly opened.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and select the

proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Any contract awarded is subject to approval

by the Board of Aldermen.
