The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for MLB Required Improvements at GESA Stadium – Pitching & Hitting Tunnels (Phase 1C). This project includes the construction of a new 4,000 square foot uninsulated and unconditioned metal building to house two new Pitching and Hitting Tunnels.
This contract has one-hundred and thirty-eight (138) Calendar days to complete the work. The estimate range for this project is: $760,000.00 - $780,000.00.

All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid. As this is an online bidding process the Bidder’s original hard-copy Bid Bond must be submitted in a sealed envelope prior to the bid opening deadline.
