• Coordination of statewide collaboration among Florida's Early Learning Coalitions to promote

consistency, best-practice sharing, and collective problem-solving.

• Professional development, leadership support, conferences, meetings, and networking

opportunities for coalition board members, leadership, and staff.

• Access to statewide coalition resources, communications, and information relevant to the

administration of Florida's early learning programs.

Membership in the Association of Early Learning Coalitions (AELC) provides access to the only

statewide association representing Florida's Early Learning Coalitions. AELC offers coalition-

specific advocacy, professional development, leadership networking, and statewide collaboration

opportunities that are not available through another provider.

Prospective vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to supply the

contractual services are available only from a single source, the agency shall: provide notice of

its intended decision to enter a single-source purchase contract in the manner specified in Section
