Sealed Bids for the “Meadow Street Sewer Rehabilitation And Buffalo Street Pump Station Replacement”

Project located in the City of Ithaca, New York will be received by the office of the City Controller at 108 East Green Street, Ithaca, NY until 2:00pm local time on Friday, April 10, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened.

The proposed project consists of the following: Providing materials, equipment, and labor necessary to rehabilitate a sanitary sewer main by in-situ lining, re-establish existing lateral connections, perform manhole rehabilitation, perform lift station and building demolition, and construction of a lift station.

BIDS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE, LABELED:

Buffalo Street Pump Station Replacement

Bids should not include sales taxes.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of: Five Percent (5%) of the Total Gross Sum Bid in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Draft, or Bid Bond. Cash will not be acceptable as a deposit. Bid deposits of all unsuccessful bidders shall be returned promptly upon execution of the contract with the successful bidder.
