A Pre-Bid Conference with non mandatory attendance by a representative of all prime Bidders for this project will be held at the Parks and Recreation Conference Room, 111 Opera Street, Suite A, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901, on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Directions to the site will be given at the Pre-Bid Conference and a tour will begin at the site after the meeting.
