Description

The Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Contracting Office is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to deliver an Automated Armory Tracking System (AATS) for the Camp Lejeune Provost Marshal’s Office (PMO).



This solicitation is for a contract to establish a secure, web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription for a modernized armory tracking system. The system is intended to streamline operations, maintain accurate custody tracking of assets, and ensure strict compliance with Marine Corps inventory standards.



Key Requirements and Scope:





  • Contract Type: A firm-fixed-price contract for commercial services.




  • Contract Period: One (1) 12-month base period with two (2) subsequent 12-month option periods.




  • Scope: Provide a turnkey AATS solution delivered as a web-based SaaS platform. The scope includes software licensing, secure cloud setup, data migration, personnel training, and continuous technical support as specified in CLINs 0001 through 2001. The system must be FedRAMP Moderate or High authorized and support real-time asset tracking, digital check-in/check-out, and automated receipt generation.
